A. You use your access information to log into the "Lead Quick®"
Management System to determine your specific selection criteria and purchase your
leads. Leads are immediately available online, and also can be downloaded in either
Word .doc, Excel .xls, or html format.
Q. WHAT'S THE TURN AROUND TIME FROM THE TIME THE CONSUMER
COMES TO ONE OF YOUR WEB SITES TO THE TIME THEY'RE DELIVERED TO ME?
A. Leads are delivered in real time batch format from our web sites across the
Internet.
Q. I'M LOOKING FOR LEADS THAT ARE GENERATED FROM A SPECIFIC
GEOGRAPHICAL REGION. WHAT CRITERIA CAN I GIVE YOU TO SORT MY LEADS?
A. We offer you the ability to select your leads based on one of the following criteria:
- State (a single states, multiple states, or all states)
- City
- Zip code
- Select a single zip code
- Select a range of zip codes
- Select a specified mile radius surrounding a zip code
- Select several specific unrelated zip codes
Q. HOW MANY BROKERS IS EACH LEAD SOLD TO?
A. Leads can be either exclusive or non-exclusive. You choose! This benefits
you by either allowing you to make the sole contact with the client, or lowering your
price per lead, and competing against only two other brokers. A non-exclusive lead
is sold to a maximum of 3 buyers.
Q. HOW DO YOU GENERATE THE LEADS?
A. All leads are generated from a network of our own Internet sites and affiliate
relationships. Consumers find our sites in a way similar to the way most Brokers and
Agents find us, through a search engine like Yahoo, Google, or Netscape. All data
provided is straight from the consumer, not manipulated by a telemarketer.
Q. WHY DO CONSUMERS CHOOSE YOUR SITES OVER OTHER ONLINE
QUOTE SITES?
A. Our program offers an alternative to the impersonal online quotes that are
offered on many sites. A large percentage of the consumer base prefers to start the
process online but still desire "one-on-one" personal service within the process
as well.
Q. HOW ARE THE LEADS QUALIFIED?
A. We require the consumer to complete a detailed questionnaire about the specific
product type (Typically 25 items). For the consumer to spend the time to divulge personal
information indicates that they have serious interest in speaking with you.
Q. WHAT ABOUT "BAD" LEADS? WHAT IS YOUR
REPLACEMENT POLICY?
A. Customer service IS our business. While are consistently striving to increase the
quality of our leads, sometimes a lead does need to be replaced. In those situations we
take pride in offering the BEST replacement policy available on the Internet today. Simply
put, we'll replace a lead if:
Non-Exclusive Leads:
- The Lead claims to have been contacted by more than three CheapLeads.com referrals.
- The Lead phone number is not valid or is a fax or pager number
- The Lead is a duplicate or an immediate family member at the same address.
- The lead is a fictitious person, a child, or another broker.
- We’ll replace up to 5 leads per 100 purchased if they meet any of the above criteria.
Exclusive Leads:
- The Lead claims to have been contacted by more than one CheapLeads.com referrals.
- The Lead phone number is not valid or is a fax or pager number
- The Lead is a duplicate or an immediate family member at the same address.
- The lead is a fictitious person, a child, or another broker.
- Unless in the case of purchase Leads (new home), the Lead is not mobile home, co-op
(when applicable).
- The Lead claims to be non-exclusive (contacted by another referral from CheapLeads.com).
Exclusivity applies for 30 days after Client's receipt of the lead and for the product
type purchased by the client.
- The Lead is either in Underwriting, (Insurance Lead) OR in escrow (Mortgage Lead) at the
time of their submission.
- We’ll replace up to 5 leads per 100 purchased if they meet any of the above criteria.
Q. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
A. We pride ourselves in being "User Friendly". There are NO Start up fees
and NO long-term obligations; there is no minimum number of leads you must purchase
Q. WHAT KIND OF CLOSING RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT?
A. Our clients report back that 5-30% of the leads we provide result in sales in the
short term. That's not even considering the possibility of other closings at a
future date, and the ability to gain referrals from these leads.
